- La Gran, la Compañía atlántica y pacífica del Té, mejor conocido como UN&P, es una cadena del supermercado en los Estados Unidos. La compañía era fundada en 1859 como La Gran Compañía Americana de Té por George Huntington Hartford y George Gilman. Se reagrupó "La Gran, la Compañía atlántica y pacífica de Té" en 1870, y por 1876 tuvo sesenta y siete tiendas, aumentando a 1000 por 1915. En 1920 y década de los 30, la compañía dominó el mercado Americano de la venta al por menor. En la década de los 30, UN&P operaba aproximadamente 16.000 tiendas con una renta combinada de $1 mil millones. La presión pone a sus suministradores llevaron al paso de varias leyes anti-depredadores que valoran por Congreso.
